Susan Ballantine
Bio
Susan's first love of painting started when she learned about painting on porcelain, a low fired art. And later offered custom tile painting. Then in 2001 she started painting in oil. And now she enjoys the challenge of painting with oil and acrylic. Often inspired by the seasons for landscape both impressionistic or abstracted. Or expressionistic florals. If she is not painting, she may be out capturing reference photographs for future work or helping out at local art groups. She is a member of Route 22 Gallery, Calgary Community Painters Society and Calgary Creative Arts Guild.
