Bio
Nacim Ruintan-Tehrani is a multidisciplinary artist and designer whose paintings and sculptures explore tenderness, presence, and the emotional connection between living beings. Inspired by life, nature, and dreams, her work reflects both deep feeling and careful observation. Through vivid colour, expressive realism, and a strong sensitivity to form, she creates works that invite viewers to slow down, feel, and connect. Based in Calgary, Alberta, Nacim approaches art with both intuition and precision, always seeking ways to express what words cannot, and to honour beauty, fragility, and wonder. She holds a Master’s in Industrial Design and a Post-Baccalaureate in Fine Arts.
