Karen Brown
Bio
Karen is an artist working out of her home studio in SW Calgary. As an interior designer, Karen initially explored still life interiors and then created a mixed media series of Calgary's historic homes. However, her main focus is hard edge abstract painting with acrylic, where she explores a variety of themes. Her current work, The Circle Game, looks at the symbolism of the circle. Karen will be showing her work, along side her son, at his home studio. Both will be happy to share their process with you and we're looking forward to a fun, art filled weekend.
