Bio
Her work focuses on portrait painting, cultural identity, and storytelling. Trained in both traditional Chinese painting and Western oil painting, she combines these approaches to explore heritage, belonging, and the emotional experience of migration. As a promoter of Hanfu and traditional Chinese culture, she is interested in how cultural traditions are perceived today. This curiosity has led her to learn from other cultures and use art as a bridge for connection. More recently, her practice has expanded into community-based projects, inviting participants from diverse backgrounds to share stories and collaborate while wearing traditional clothing, creating portraits reflecting cultural memory experience.
