Bio
Ghislaine Cleiren is a multi-media artist working in mixed media and fiber art. She loves exploring realistic images and breaking them down into abstract minimalist paintings. She has been making lace and fiber art since an early age. Since she designs and teaches bobbin lacemaking, she is consistently looking for unique ways to combine original lace designs with painting in mixed media compositions that bring surprise and wonder to the viewer. Ghislaine finds inspiration in nature and the world around her. She loves to express the infinity in wide horizons, forever going landscapes, and in the depths of delicate flowers.
