Bio
Courtney Vandenham is a Calgary artist who loves bright colours, bold blooms, and making old things pretty again. She paints vibrant abstract florals and creates cheerful mixed-media pieces inspired by nature, colour, and the simple joy of creating. Sustainability plays a big role in Courtney’s work. She often uses thrifted and upcycled finds, turning once-overlooked objects into art with a fresh new story. In addition to her own work, Courtney has been teaching beginner watercolour classes at Chickadee Refillery, sharing her love of loose painting, playful experimentation, and the belief that art should be fun and welcoming! No experience needed.
