Tobias Luttmer
Bio
Tobias is a self-taught mixed-media sculptor who works primarily in stainless steel and hard stone. Pieces of stainless rod, plate and pipe are cut and formed into the shapes that will make up an animal or human head. These shapes are then welded together and fitted to the stone that has been carved into a corresponding body. Tobias also works in clay, creating drinking vessels that have goulish monster faces carved into them.
